Witnessing her sister’s battle with aggressive breast cancer ignited Liz’s passion to empower individuals in their healing. As a Certified Radical Remission health coach, educator, and speaker, Liz bridges the gap between conventional medicine and holistic approaches 

Our discussion was enlightening and deeply inspiring, as we talked about the impact laughter can have on healing. Often underestimated, laughter is a potent tool against illness. Its ability to uplift spirits, alleviate stress, and even enhance the efficacy of medical treatments highlights its significance in holistic wellness.

About Liz Curran

Liz Curran, co-director of the Radical Remission Project, was inspired to become a health coach after caring for her sister with an aggressive breast cancer diagnosis in 2014. She watched her sister struggle with feeling powerless to aid in her healing. During that time, Liz believed that there had to be a roadmap out there to guide people to play a stronger role in their healing. She believes Radical Remission is that roadmap. 

As a Certified Radical Remission health coach, educator, and speaker, Liz has witnessed the power of lifestyle change firsthand, which motivates her to share the powerful benefits of the 10 healing factors with people seeking all types of treatments on their cancer journey, as well as other mental and physical diagnoses. Liz received her health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as well as from the Radical Remission Project. She is nationally board-certified by the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches (NBHWC). She also co-founded the Health Navigators, a virtual cancer wellness community. Liz’s mission is to empower others to find their voice and play an active role in their health.
