I haven’t talked much about organ meat, but I have to tell you it’s like taking a multivitamin when you consume it. When I mention organ meat to friends, I can see their eyes glaze over, and I’m sure they are thinking, “This gal is nuts if she thinks I’m going to start eating liver.” I get it!
I felt the same way and am so excited about PLUCK SEASONING. It’s a delicious-tasting pink Himalayan salt that includes a blend of other seasonings and an organ meat blend.
It tastes like seasoned salt with a bit of onion salt with a hint of smoked paprika. But with the bonus of a nice hit of organ meat. I’ve been dragging my feet when adding organ meat to my diet, and this is a wonderful first step!
