[25:26] With prolonged exposure to the state of fight or flight, the body releases cortisol and adrenaline, the stress hormones. It can lead to fatigue in the adrenals, and affect the kidneys and reproductive organs.

[28:58] Women tend to engage in more frequent and profound thought processes. Men, on the other hand, are inclined to tune out and go numb.

[33:31] While it may be impossible to have it all, embracing joy is achievable for both men and women.
