On July 4th, my precious friend, Dr. Gregg Jantz, died in a tragic accident.
I’m still in a state of shock as I write this email to you.

If there has been anyone in my life who has done more good for the world, I can’t imagine who that would be.

Dr. J was a mental health WARRIOR and assisted thousands of people with eating disorders, addictions, and PTSD.

Let me tell you how it came about.

Steve and I ran into Dr. J and his wife, LaFon, at a church event. We ended up having lunch together, and I mentioned I would love to have him back on my podcast.

At the end of our lunch, he handed me a note and said This is what I’d like to talk about: the impact of toxic people on our health.

I read the note and said, That’s exactly what I wanted you to talk about!
