Goat Milk Yogurt-easier to digest than cow’s milk and has higher amounts of calcium and other minerals.

Ground Flaxseed-recent studies show it can help the body produce less active forms of estrogen, which can protect against tumor growth. Blueberries-off the charts when it comes to anti-oxidant activity!

This recipe is simple, delicious, and packed with potential anti-cancer benefits. It can be enjoyed for breakfast or even dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup goat milk yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  2. Combine the ingredients: In a bowl, mix together the goat milk yogurt, ground flaxseed, and blueberries.
  3. Top and enjoy! You can enjoy the bowl as is, or add additional toppings like chopped nuts, granola, or honey for extra flavor and texture.

Tips:

  • For a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt instead of regular goat milk yogurt.
  • If you don’t have fresh blueberries, you can use frozen or dried blueberries.
  • You can add other fruits like strawberries, raspberries, or bananas to the bowl for additional nutrients and variety.
  • To make this breakfast even more filling, add a scoop of protein powder or a handful of nuts or seeds.
