???? 1 English cucumber [peeled, seeded & diced]
???? 1 yellow or red bell pepper [seeds removed & diced]
???? 4-5 stalk of celery [diced]
???? 2 carrots [peeled & diced]
???? 1/4 red onion [diced]
???? 1/2 bunch green onions [diagonally sliced]
???? 1/3 bunch parsley [chopped, about ½ cup]
???? 2/3 cup mayonnaise
???? 2 tbs lemon juice
???? 2 tbs apple cider vinegar [I ❤️ @thrivemarket]
???? 1 tbs chopped fresh dill [I ❤️ @calorganicfarms]

???? 1 tbs chopped fresh basil
???? 1 tbs minced garlic
⓵ In a large bowl, mix garbanzo beans, diced cucumbers, bell peppers, celery, carrots, red onions, green onions & chopped parsley.
⓶ Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, salt, basil & garlic. Pour over salad. Mix well.
