Power Green Smoothie

This frosty smoothie packs a nutritional punch with its combination of leafy greens, berries, banana, avocado, and creamy macadamia nut milk. It’s the perfect way to start your day, boost your energy, and get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals.


  • 2 handfuls frozen Power Greens (a mix of kale, spinach, and Swiss chard), I use the Earthbound Farms Power Greens.
  • 1 handful frozen berries (your choice)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 medium peeled avocado
  • 1 cup water or macadamia nut milk (or more to desired consistency),I used macadamia nut milk from @milkadamia.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water or milk if needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!⁠
